Bring some focus into your day with a mindful balancing sequence. (beginners - intermediate.)
50 MINUTE HIP OPENING SLOW FLOW
Hips hips hips ! This slow, juicy sequence invites your breath into the front, sides and back of those hip joints. Great one for beginners, but beneficial for all.
55 MINUTE VINYASA FLOW FOR OPEN CHEST AND SHOULDERS
Do you spend a lot of your life hunching over your laptop, steering wheel or kitchen bench? This vinyasa flow practice incorporates poses that strengthen and open your chest and shoulders, increase flexibility and improve your posture. Moving at a moderate pace, this class is suitable for beginners- intermediate.
35 MINUTE HATHA YOGA FOR ANXIETY
Anxiety is the most common mental illness in Australia- approximately 1 in 4 adults will experience an anxiety disorder in their life time. In this gentle class we breathe, slow down and ground ourselves in the here and now. Great one for before bed or anytime you need a break from your anxious mind!
20 MINUTE STANDING SEQUENCE for a successful day.

50 MINUTE ENERGISING VINYASA FLOW
Move out old energy to make way for new with this uplifting vinyasa flow sequence. (beginners- intermediate).
30 MINUTE FIERY FLOW
These days I love to slow down during my yoga practice… but sometimes it just feels SO good to get a bit hot and sweaty?! During this 30 minute fiery flow we build heat and strength right through to the end. Suitable for all levels.

This theme for this class was inspired by the incredible #BlackLivesMatters protests that occurred around the World this week. With a focus on the core and legs we cultivate qualities of determination, courage and personal power.
